1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom row home

1 bedroom on the second floor of a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom row home in West Philly.

The neighborhood is very walkable with the L train service and buses being a 5 minute stroll. Lots of shops, grocery stores and bars in the area to hang out! We don’t get a lot of noise in the part of neighborhood we’re in, the street front I would say is luck for the space.

The room has lots of space, two windows and a big closet. It can fit anything from a twin to queen sized mattress and maybe a couple dresser or desk combination. You share the top floor with another housemate, with the shower being on your floor as well with the in until washer|dryer.

The requirements for this space will be:
. Sign onto the lease with myself and my other house mate with first/last/security to move in.
. Must have a good cleaning routine or atleast in open communication when unable to do so.
. Must not mind one of us working from home at night time (adult entertainment). It’s not anything that will disturb the rest of the home, just something to be aware of (so no kids).
. Must like cats! Both myself and my other housemate have cats
. Must be employed. I understand we’re in a heavy recession, but we’ve had some issues with funds with another housemate before
