Putting my room up for sublet at EVO at Cira Centre South. Looking for someone to take it over from now to July 31st 2020. It?s a 3 person apartment on the 20th floor with individual bedrooms with their own closet and bathroom. Fully furnished living room and bedroom.

Just to be clear, this sublet is for ONE private bedroom in a three person suite (each bedroom has it?s own bathroom and closet). You will have two other roommates already living there.

Great location right next to Drexel, Penn, and 30th street station. If interested, I can provide more pictures.

Utilities: All included with a 25 dollar electricity cap for each person in the room (total of 75 for room). But I?ve never gone over this cap even with a power hungry desktop on almost all the time. Also GIGABIT internet!
