Looking for someone to take over a large private bedroom for $1050/month, with the option to renew the lease in June (flexible 6–12 months if it works out).

The room is very spacious—big enough for a king-size bed—and includes a private bathroom and walk-in closet. The apartment has a comfortable shared living area, in-unit washer/dryer, and access to a large roof deck that’s great when the weather’s nice. Pets are allowed with landlord approval.

The unit will be unfurnished, so you’ll have a blank slate to set things up how you like.

You’d be living with one male roommate in his mid-20s who’s laid-back, respectful, and works nights (so he’s usually pretty low-key and a heavy sleeper).
