Private Basement Room in Modern 2-Story Apartment

Hi! I’m looking for a roommate for my 2-story, fully finished apartment, built about a year and a half ago. I live here with my two affectionate, trained cats who are very friendly and love company.

The room available is in the basement, fully finished, and comes with a private, large bathroom—the biggest in the house. The apartment is fully equipped with brand-new appliances, including Google Home-controlled AC, a gas grill, and has a backyard patio. There’s also an iRing camera for extra security. The apartment layout allows complete privacy between the two floors, so each resident has their own space.

I’ve been the sole resident until now, and I’m offering this room because my current roommate is moving out. The room is partially furnished. and the rent is very reasonable considering all the amenities.

I’m looking for a roommate who is clean, responsible, and takes care of the space they live in. You’ll be living with two friendly cats, so being comfortable with animals is a must.
