Hi I am looking for 2 roommates to share a 3 bed/ 1 bath. The apartment is located on diamond st. And is a 10 minute walk from temple campus. The apartment has laundry, a nice kitchen, an open layout, and a secure fenced in backyard. And the place is rented out by a private landlord who is wonderful!
As of right now I am the only tenant. I am a current freshman at temple! I like to read, and stay busy. I am looking for roommates who will be respectful of shared spaces, and respectful to everyone living in the apartment.
