✅ Showings are Monday thru Friday at 12noon and again at 5pm and on Saturday’s at 12noon!

✅ This is a month-to-month lease term and credit requirements are flexible as long as you can provide verifiable income and have no prior evictions. Otherwise all applications are considered on a first come first served basis.

✅ To apply, there’s a $35 application fee and once approved a deposit of month’s rent will be collected to hold the room. The deposit will then be applied towards your security deposit and your first month’s rent due at move-in.
