Seeking 1 roommate for lease in Grad Hospital

My roommate Lauren and I are looking for a third roommate to join us at our beautiful house in Grad Hospital, right on 24th and Kimball street, starting on June 15th!

About the house: The house is a 3 bed, 1.5 bath, with central air/heat, a dishwasher, in unit washer/dryer, basically-finished basement, and a gorgeously sunny patio 🌞 Each person has their own room with a closet, shared bathroom and linen closet, and then we've turned the basement into a den with extra storage. Rent for your room would come out to $880 and normally around $100 for utilities :)

About the neighborhood: Both Lauren and I (and our third roommate who is moving on to better and brighter things ❤️) have been living here since December and have loved it so far. The landlord lives in the neighborhood, and is extremely responsive and fast-acting. Parking is fantastic if you have a permit because there are almost always spots on the street, and is still really good if you don't have a permit! The neighborhood is also filled with the best neighbors and is relatively quiet.

About us: Lauren and I are both in our early/mid 20s and work in Center City full time. We both come from art backgrounds, so we love being creative and doing crafts 🖼️ Cohabitating with us are our two very nice and somewhat-social cats (the landlord has requested no more pets unfortunately) who love to hang with each other, but will leave you alone if cats aren't your thing. We also both enjoy quiet nights in, but love to go out on occasion too! We are hoping to find someone who compliments our lifestyles and would love to meet you!!
