Hello! 👋 We are looking for one housemate for our vacant bedroom. Located on a peaceful street in Roxborough, just a block away from all the attractions of Ridge Ave, and a short walk to bus stops, train stations, and Manayunk’s Main Street.

THE HOUSE: Fully renovated with brand new bathrooms, flooring, and fixtures. Central Heating. Furnished living room, stocked kitchen, dishwasher, free washer/dryer laundry, and extra storage in the basement.

THE ROOM: Newly renovated bedroom with 3 windows and plenty of natural sunlight. It has the 3rd floor all to itself and includes a closet, private attic, ceiling fan and lights, ethernet hookups, central heating, and its own lock and key.

THE RENT: Annual lease for $750/mo. Monthly option available for a slight premium. One month deposit and $300 move-in fee. Second month deposit needed for annual lease only.

THE UTILITIES: $175/mo covers all Gas, Water, Electric, Wi-Fi, and Monthly Housekeeping.

THE HOUSEMATES: Everyone is a working professional. We keep the home clean, quiet, and respectful. LGBT friendly. No pets. Ready for move-in! If you’re interested, happy to chat.
