Hi! ππ» I'm looking to fill a room in a 3 bed / 1 bath twin home located in Roxborough-Manayunk for a September/October (flexible) move in date.

The room that is available has two good sized closets. There is only one full bathroom that would be shared with me. There's also a small third bedroom that is shared which could be turned into an office/work out room or even just extra storage (flexible).
Utilities: ~$150 / month (PECO, gas, water, internet, lawn care)
About me (other tenant) :
I'm 28 years old, I work in healthcare Mon- Fri with shifts typically from 7am-5pm, occasional call. π©Ί In my free time I like to go out with friends and to the local run/cycling clubs. I love being outdoors - hiking, running, cycling, and hanging out with my 1.5yr old australian shepherd named Kona. πΎ During the week I like to wind down around 9-10pm, but weekends are pretty variable.
Looking for:
A female roommate in their mid-late 20s, who is respectful, clean, and values having a home where we can both relax and enjoy after a long week. They have to be a dog person, my girl Kona is a ball of energy - she's super sweet and friendly, and will definitely snuggle with ya if you sit on the couch. Unfortunately, no more pets, sorry. Ideally, I would love the possibility for us to become good friends as I find that much more enjoyable - would love to have a girls night, game night, or just watch movies, while still respecting our own time π€ I'm currently trying to get a fire pit so we could enjoy some great fall night in the future! ποΈ
