Hi all! 👋  We are looking for a 1 roommate for our empty room. Located on a peaceful street in Roxborough, just a block away from all the attractions of Ridge Ave, and a short walk to bus stops, train stations, and Manayunk’s Main Street.

THE HOUSE: Fully renovated with new bathrooms, flooring, and fixtures. Furnished living room, stocked kitchen, coin-operated laundry, and extra storage in the basement.

THE ROOM: Large, newly renovated bedroom with 3 windows, mirrored closet, ceiling fan, recessed lighting, central heating, and its own lock/key.

THE RENT: Annual lease for $750/mo. Monthly option available for a slight premium. One month deposit and $300 move-in fee. Last months’ rent needed for annual lease only.

THE UTILITIES: $175/mo covers all Gas, Water, Electric, Wi-Fi, and Monthly Housekeeping.

THE HOUSEMATES: Everyone is a working professional and keeps the home clean, quiet, and respectful. Definitely not a party house. LGBT 🏳️‍🌈 friendly. Unfortunately, no pets.
