Hey everyone! I’m looking for 3 roommates (group or individuals) for a house in Manayunk starting in February or March. The location is super convenient—you are a 10-minute walk to the Wissahickon Transit Center for an easy city commute, blocks away from the Acme, CVS, and Planet Fitness on Ridge Ave, and close to nice local bars and restaurants. Wissahickon Valley Park is basically your extended backyard for running or hiking, plus street parking is free and easy.

This newly renovated home sits on a quiet, safe street and features a fully stocked kitchen that opens to a massive backyard and deck for grilling and hanging out, as well as a fully furnished downstairs. Everything is clean, modern, and well taken care of.

The Rooms: The Master ($1,100) is the largest room with plenty of closet space. The Second Room ($1,000) is very spacious with natural light, and the Small Room ($850) is a cozy, budget-friendly option.

About Me: I do Salesforce marketing for CNB Bank and work fully remote. My interests are stocks, real estate, hiking, working out, finding fun things to do in the city, and football (Go Birds).
