Additional room available for use as an office, but can be used by both as a shared guest space

Special Arrangement:
In exchange for a reduced rental rate, I’m seeking someone who can assist with caring for two friendly dogs during my work travel (approximately 40% of the time). This includes feeding, walks, and companionship while I’m away.
