Queen Village Studio Available mid-Nov to Dec

Hello!

I am looking for someone to stay in my studio apartment located just off of South Street in Queen Village Philadelphia for the month that I am traveling and studying abroad in Thailand.

This is a spacious one room setting with a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, lots of closet storage, and minimal furniture with my belongings. It also features a Japanese floor futon that is super comfortable to sleep on and a standing/sitting adjustable desk with chair.

Bathroom is large with a very hot sliding glass door shower.

Lots of beautiful light through the three main windows facing Rodman Street. You are very close to Washington Square Park, Acme, Whole Foods, and right on the same block as the 47 bus route!

There is a secure package room where you can have parcels delivered safely with an access code I will give you while you stay.

My two cats will be staying with a friend while I travel, so please be aware this is a cat friendly home and if you have any pet allergies you should probably not book this space due to the hair that might be in the room.

Ideal for college students, exchange students, and tourists staying in Philly short term!
