I moved out of my 1-bedroom unit in Port Richmond in November 2025. The lease for the unit expires in Mid-August 2026, and I am looking for someone to takeover my lease. I was the first tenant in the unit, with the appliances still working good as new. I have a rent special that you could takeover to reduce the effective monthly rent to $1335.
The other fees include: $30 monthly water fee (paid on top of rent, directly to landlord), $40 internet (I left my wifi running in the unit, so paid directly to me each month), and electricity. Electricity must be taken over in your name under PECO, I can assist in setup/transition.
This is perfect for anyone in need of a quick turnaround place, as the unit is clean and move-in ready.
