I’m looking for one housemate to join a shared three-bedroom apartment beginning September 1, 2026.

Bedroom 2 — $834/month + utilities

This sunny approximately 14’ x 16’ bedroom is located on the second floor of a shared three-bedroom apartment and has its own private bathroom on the same floor. The apartment is a second-floor walk-up with plenty of natural light throughout.

Each roommate is responsible for one utility. Currently, your utility would be PECO (electric).

You’ll be living with two respectful roommates who appreciate a clean, peaceful home.

I work from home in a creative field and enjoy a quiet, welcoming environment. I’m friendly, considerate, and usually spend my time working on creative projects. My roommate is a Philadelphia local studying Hospitality & Tourism in college. We both value open communication, respect for shared spaces, and a comfortable home.

Plus Wi-Fi, gas, and electric

Move-in requires first month’s rent plus a $200 security deposit paid directly to the landlord
