April - August Lease Takeover Near Center City

I recently finished my masters and got a new job so I'm looking to move out of my apartment and live by myself. I am looking for someone to take over my lease at The Residences at 1221 Mount Vernon. I share the 2bed/2bath with another guy. He is an early 30s PhD student, respectful and friendly, and great about keeping shared spaces clean. Prior to transferring the lease we will all need to have a call and make sure it is a good fit.
About the apartment:
-The room is 250 square feet, can easily fit a king bed and a desk and has a walk-in closet.
-The room has a private bathroom and balcony
-The bedrooms are upstairs and downstairs is an open living room / kitchen
-It is 2 blocks from the Spring Garden - Broad BSL stop and a 20 min walk from City Hall
-The building is gated with a code and has a secure Amazon locker for packages.
-The apartment has AC, in-unit laundry, and a dishwasher.
I would like to get this sorted as fast as possible so I am willing to pay your first month's rent. The rent is 1,250 (1,000 prorated after the free month). I can also sell any of the furniture at a heavily discounted price.
