One small bedroom for rent in South Philly in an old 5-bedroom rowhome!

- currently occupied 4 housemates (3 men, 1 enby) and 1 very sweet cat
- bed and furniture optional (if you don't want it, it's getting thrown out)

- Great location: a few blocks away from the Broad Street Line (Ellsworth / Federal), Sprouts, Target
- Flexible move-in and move-out

Rent is $470 plus utilities (usually adding up to an additional ~100 bucks a month). Move in requires 3 month rent (first, last, and deposit). This is a month-to-month rental with no annual commitment.

The folks here are very relaxed and mostly keep to themselves doing their own thing, but are good at collaborating on house fixes when they come up. Work schedules vary, and at least one person is usually around. The cat is very cuddly and will probably want to keep you company. Also we're woke as hell (no homophobes or fascists or whatever). It's a good vibe!

The house is not pretty but it's cozy and extremely walkable.
