Private room with shared bathroom

I’m a working professional with a busy schedule and am frequently away from home. I’m specifically looking for a part-time/weekday roommate—ideally someone who works in Philadelphia during the week but maintains their primary residence elsewhere and needs a comfortable place to stay Monday through Thursday nights.

I’m often working evenings and weekends and have other commitments during the week, so you would have a lot of privacy and often have the house to yourself. I’m easygoing, respectful of other people’s space, and looking for someone who is clean, considerate, independent, and looking for a similar low-key arrangement.

This is intended to be more of a commuter/weekday living arrangement than a traditional full-time roommate situation.
