Small pets welcome 🐾 — $25/week or $100/month, prior approval required
⚡ Utilities: High-speed WiFi, central air/heat, electricity, gas, and water fully included. To keep rates fair for everyone, rent covers normal household use. Consumption clearly above that may be billed as an overage, calculated against the household's 12-month average, with a copy of the bill provided — and you'll always be notified first and given a chance to adjust.

Please check with the owner before using space heaters, portable A/C, or EV/e-bike charging.
Mining and server equipment are not permitted.
Cooking appliances — including air fryers, hot plates, and toaster ovens — stay in the shared kitchen rather than in bedrooms.

Quiet, low-drama, self-sufficient household shared with the owner (1 person), who is hands-off but always easily reachable by phone or text. No parties, no indoor smoking, quiet hours after 10 PM. Guests fine in moderation.
