House in Point Breeze No Lease Utilities Included

I have a very nice newly renovated home on a nice side street in South Philly, just block from the broad street line federal stop. Located near 15th and Federal. I have a bedroom available with its own private bathroom that includes a fully tiled walk in shower with a waterfall shower head and two closet doors that run the length of the wall. Also a large empty closet in the hallway if you need it.
Living Room is big, completely furnished to include a 75” TV. Half Bathroom off the Living Room. Very nice and big kitchen with a large back patio out back.
It’s a great deal because I do not need all that first month, last month and deposit , or a lease, month to month is fine. Just first month and deposit to move in. This works out great for people who are waiting to buy a home or just in town temporarily that don't want to shell out thousands of dollars to move in somewhere. I also pay ALL utilities! that's right, rent is literally all you need to pay. House has central air and all the works, and there is a cable box already in the bedroom along with a flat screen mounted and a bed and dresser. If you have your own furniture I can easily move everything to the large finished basement. The basement also has a lot of storage if you need it and also a spare bed if you have guests .
Theres also a laundry room upstairs, and street parking is very easy to find around here. I never have problems.
The price is $975 a month, I want whoever takes the room to feel welcome throughout the entire house. You are renting the entire house, not just the room, I just happen to live here also ha.
Pets are negotiable.
About me: I am 38 Years old, bought the house 7 years ago and I work in Delaware .I dont work from home so I am gone during the day. I am very easy to get along with, clean but not obsessive and annoying about it, not a huge party guy but definitely enjoy a good happy hour and eagles games on sundays. I've rented to both girls and guys and both have worked out very well so I'm hoping I get lucky again. I'm sure they would be more than happy to talk to you about their experience renting here if you have any concerns.
