We are buying a house and are moving on May 22, so looking for someone to takeover ASAP on May 23 or after.
The current rent is $3220/mo. When the lease renews, the rent will increase 3.94% to $3347/mo for 13 months starting on July 7, 2026.
Our utilities/gas are roughly $80-$120/mo depending on how much we use them.
