Hello!

My partner and I are looking for someone to takeover our lease for the last 44 days of our 2 bed 2 bath corner apartment at the luxury apartment complex The Griffin in Center City.

The apartment complex is literally a block from city hall on Chestnut St and has amenities like a gym, yoga room, rooftop, arcade room, grills on the rooftop, and dog walk on the roof.

In the apartment itself it comes with washer/dryer, refrigerator, and dishwasher.

We are buying a house and are moving on May 22, so looking for someone to takeover ASAP on May 23 or after.

The current rent is $3220/mo. When the lease renews, the rent will increase 3.94% to $3347/mo for 13 months starting on July 7, 2026.

Our utilities/gas are roughly $80-$120/mo depending on how much we use them.

We park at under Wanamaker building at the garage which is roughly $300/mo.
