Large 2Nd Floor Bedroom in Shared House

The room is large, located on the second floor and can fit a king size bed, comes with two large closets and personal AC's. There is another bedroom also available; it also has two closets, but the room is basically two small/medium sized rooms connected together, which could be an office, studio along with bedroom. Lots of natural light. The shared bathroom is located in the hallway and downstairs on the first floor is the half bath and fully redone kitchen, plus patio and basement for storage and washer/dryer. Living here is relatively easy and we respect each others spaces, while still maintaining boundaries and enjoying each others company. The third-floor tenant enjoys art you may see her crafts scattered throughout the house. There is also a friendly cat who enjoys exploring.
