The home currently has one woman and her toddler residing in it.

🚨 HOUSE RULES
• Must be clean and respectful of the home and shared spaces.
• No smoking or drugs.
• No pets.
• No loud music or excessive noise. Please be mindful that I have a disabled child with high sensory sensitivities.
• No houseguests or visitors. Children are an exception.
• Please respect everyone’s privacy, comfort, and peace within the home.

💰 MONTHLY PAYMENT & MOVE-IN COSTS

OPTION 1: STANDARD ARRANGEMENT
• Monthly payment: $900
• Security deposit: $300
• Total move-in cost: $1,250

The $300 security deposit will be returned within five business days of move-out, less a $150 professional room and carpet cleaning fee, provided there is no substantial damage to the room or property and subject to applicable law.

OPTION 2: NO UPFRONT SECURITY DEPOSIT
Unable to pay the $300 security deposit upfront? You may choose to pay $1,050 per month instead.

Under this option, no security deposit is collected, and no deposit refund will be due at move-out.

📅 TERMS & CONDITIONS
• This is a month-to-month arrangement
• Monthly payment must be made in full by the 30th of each month.
• If payment is not received by the deadline, arrangements must be made to vacate the room in accordance with applicable laws and required notice procedures.
• The room must be vacated in accordance with applicable legal requirements so the property can be prepared for the next occupant.
• All occupants must follow the house rules and maintain a clean, peaceful, and respectful living environment.
