Rent: $895 / month
Utilities: split evenly four ways
Room: Comes with an optional, free queen-size bed, if you need them (can easily be cleared out).

Private-ish Bathroom: Located on the 3rd floor with a double sink, shared only with one roommate on opposite side of floor.
The remaining two roommates only need this room for in-unit laundry purposes.

Layout: Large 5-level home with an open-concept main living space, high ceilings, and a solid kitchen.

Furnished Common Areas: Features a main living area with a sectional and loveseat, plus an additional guest/living space for private hangouts or movie nights.
Perks: In-unit washer/dryer, central air, and a top-level deck for outdoor space.
Pets: Home to Harrison, a super-friendly cat

👬👭 The People
Roommates: 4 total (including you)

Owen: a 7th grade teacher who is super easy going and communive. Like listening to music in his room and watching comfort shows

Me: graphic designer, improviser, and private event outreach coordinator. I spend a ton of my time in Center City performing in or watching shows

Kyle: the other new roommate moving in. Very sweet and kind. So many green flags when it comes to being considerate about the needs of the people he lives with. He even asked “When's quiet hour?” on the tour. 😅 He's been checking in with me through this whole process and being supportive and incredibly communicative.
