Need Roommate to move in/sign lease ASAP

We need sign on to have a August 1st lease (1-year term) in a 5-level home sign ASAP.

July sublet is also available if you need to move in early.

It would need to be finalized ASAP, so we are looking to do tours today or tomorrow!
