Rooms Available:
Two spacious bedrooms are available on opposite sides of the second floor. The rooms share a large full bathroom located between them, featuring double sinks and a full bathtub/shower setup.

1 room is available for a two-month June 1 sublet before the new lease starts.

The other room has a flexible July/Aug move-in date.

Rent & Utilities:
Rent is expected to be between $850–$950/month while renewal negotiations are finalized. Utilities are split equally four ways to keep costs affordable. Water is a $90 flat fee split between roommates, and gas, electric, and high-speed internet are split equally based on monthly usage.

Home Highlights:
