Fishtown Roommate Needed (Female/Mid-20s)

Looking for a roommate that's a good match with me!

Apt details:
2bed 2bath 1500 sf 3rd floor apartment, 13mo lease starts May 1, 2026.
Water is $75/mo. Gas & Electric through PECO & PGW. Verizon WiFi $55 (would split with me).
(Security deposit paid and lease is signed by me already which can be revised to add another name. First month, last month & sec. dep. due 4/29)
Two apartments total in building that share the Rooftop. Unit 1 is occupied and we are unit 2 on the third floor. Ground level is a dog groomers shop.
Open bedroom is about 9ft x 14 ft, has 1 spacious closet and an en-suite bathroom that also has a door to the main hallway.

About me:
I'm 24, working full-time and commuting to NJ M-Th, very tidy and organized gal that likes to maintain a clean and cozy space. I love art and music, will have plenty of art pieces and records as wall decor- i love to decorate my space in a fun way! I'm a down to earth girl, I love painting/coloring, thrifting, attending protests / pride fests, and going on walks or to the gym but I really wanna join a softball or kickball league this summer! I love a happy hour hang and the very occasional late night out in gayborhood. I'd say I'm an extroverted introvert; i love to maintain many friendships and have plans often but also prioritize downtime to recharge too. I like to watch TV shows and chill in the living room after work and on a chill wknd. I also love podcast shows like So True and Royal Court ! I'm also down to share meals / watch shows together w my roommate!

Roommate qualities:
Looking for a roomie willing to share cleaning responsibilities, & communicate openly and respectfully! Ideally open to being friends, no pets or 1 trained dog, & no significant other staying over often.
