My name is Colin, and I’m looking for a roommate to renew my lease (starting 7/1/26) and fill the second bedroom in a 2 bd/2ba unit at Fairmount and N 2nd Street in Northern Liberties

⁃ Rent: $1120/month. Gas and Electric will be split between us.
⁃ Apt. includes: in-unit washer/dryer, big closets, central AC/heat, updated wood floors and stainless steel appliances
- You’d get a room with a small balcony out back and your own bathroom.
⁃ Building includes: gated entrance
⁃ 3 min walk to Spring Garden L-Station and plenty of bus lines around.
- No pets.

I’m a teacher and relatively neat – I work in-office every day and am pretty busy during the week. Relatively social on the weekends but not hosting anything crazy. Looking for someone who will keep the place relatively neat and is easy to get along with.
