House in Northern Liberties/Fishtown

Hi! I’m looking for a roommate for my two-bedroom house in Northern Liberties/Fishtown. The house is down the street from Liberty Lands and close to all sorts of bars and restaurants. I’m 31 and in graduate school for clinical psychology. I’m a pretty chill, neat, and quiet roommate. I spend a lot of time going to concerts, hanging out with friends, and working on schoolwork. I’ll be gone quite a bit this year because I’m doing an internship in New York. There are two rooms that are set up differently, and you would have your choice. The room is $945 a month + utilities with an August 1st move-in date, although you could potentially move in sooner or later if needed.
