Rooms for Rent ($850 or $650)

Home is on quiet block, walking distance from a laundry mat and Broad Street. Newly renovated 3-bedroom 1 bathroom. A half bath and laundry will soon be available on site. Two of the three rooms will be rented and the other owner occupied. Currently, one is rented to a 73 year old and another a 58 year old looking for same group for other room. The home has a security system. All rooms are on the second floor, and tenants have access to the full kitchen, dining room, and living room.
Bedrooms: All bedrooms have the following new items: a ceiling fan controlled by remote, mattress and mattress cover, sheets, pillows comforter, wash cloth and towels, dresser, nightstand and lamp, chair and desk, smart TV and air conditioner.
Kitchen: The kitchen has new stove/oven, coffee machine, microwave, 2 cabinet space per room for storage, communal pots, pans, silverware, dishes and a huge refrigerator.
Dining room: The dining room has a new dining room set.
Living room: The living room has a new 55” TV, couch, table and lamps.
RULES
Respect each other and each other’s property. Use it clean it. No guests beyond two days. No smoking, partying or pets. Break it you replace it. Use your assigned cabinets and don’t leave air conditioners on if you are not in room or house. We are drama free. Rent is due on the 1st of the month. Violations of the rules and you will be evicted.
HOW TO GET IN THE HOME
Pay a non-refundable application fee of $50. We don’t care if you have a record or bad credit or on parole, we work with parole. You must have a job or get SSI/SSD or some other type of steady income. You have to show verifiable proof of this. First month and security, in the amount of the room you take.
RENT
The owner pays for gas, water, heat, trash and WIFI. Tenancy is month to month. But you can stay as long as you pay and follow the rules. Tenants pay rent and split electricity.
