Hey! I'm looking for a roommate for January (move in can be flexible). The apartment is in Mt. Airy Philadelphia. It's 7 minutes away from the Wissahickon Valley Park and 10 minutes from Manayunk. There is a train station right across the street that goes into center city. The apartment is the whole 3rd floor of the mansion so it has a really good amount of space. We also have a parking spot to share but I barely ever use it. The rent is $750 a month each plus gas, electric, and wifi.
I am an artist and designer and I work from home most of the time. If you want to get creative I have a ton of art stuff that you could use!
