Close to Cottman Ave, 95, Rte 1, and Trenton Regional Rail Line.

Utilities and Internet included in rent. Parking available in the private driveway in the rear of the house.

The bedroom is available as semi-furnished or unfurnished.

Background check required and performed through "My Smart Move" website. Security deposit equal to one month's rent required to move in. Proof of income also required.
