We are 2 Grad Students (late 20’s/early 30s) & one cat, looking for an additional roommate
-3 bedroom, 2 bath (shower only) duplex apartment in Manayunk
-1 room available to rent starting September 1st, with option to renew annually
-You would be on upper floor adjacent to bathroom & near another bedroom
-Gas/Electric: ~$70-$125 depending on heat/AC usage. Internet: ~$29
-Spacious living room & Kitchen!
-Central AC & heat!
-Dishwasher, Washing machine & Drying Machine!
-Pet Policy: Cat is shy, we don’t have room for another pet right now
-5 minute walk to bus & train lines (SEPTA regional rail) going into Philly center city
-We are both queer/LGBTQ+ women, so must be LGBTQ+ friendly. We would prefer to room with women or non-binary folks
-We’re fairly social & like to chat, but also very work focused. In terms of communal living, we only share the basics (salt, cooking oil, dish soap, detergent)
