Hey everyone! I’m updating my previous post. Our lease was supposed to start on May 1st, but someone backed out at the last minute, so we didn’t have enough time to find another roommate. Our landlord changed the lease dates, so it’s now going to run from June 1st, 2026-May 31st, 2027.

Me (35 yo), Arjun (32 yo) and Mark (27 yo), are looking for one roommate to join our 4b/2.5br townhouse in Manayunk for a one year lease starting on June 1st 2026. I have lived here since 2020, and Arjun has been here since 2024. We both really enjoy the place. Mark just moved in this month.

The rent would be $533 a month + utilities.
The unit has three parking spaces behind the house and ample street parking out in front, so no need to worry about parking. There is a train station a short five minute walk away. The unit has a garage, a laundry room, and a deck. We are open to a male or female roommate. Please send me a message if you are interested!
