4b/2.5 br Townhouse in Manayunk

Hi, my name is Kevin! Me and my roommate, Arjun, are looking for two roommates to join our 4b/2.5br townhouse in Manayunk for a one year lease starting in 01May2026.
I have lived here since 2020, and Arjun has been here since 2024. We both really enjoy the place. Two of our roommates are moving out at the end of April, so we are looking to fill their spot.
The rent would be $2300 a month + utilities. This breaks down to the following per roommate (not counting utilities):
Roommate 1 - $550, Roommate 2 - $550, Roommate 3 - $550, Roommate 4 - $650. The extra $100 for Roommate 4 is because there is a master bedroom with a private bathroom, so we all agreed to this payment structure. The available rooms are the master bedroom and one of the regular sized bedrooms (included in pictures). The unit has three parking spaces behind the house and ample street parking out in front, so no need to worry about parking. There is a train station a mere five minute walk away.
