Hi! I’m a 29-year-old guy looking for a roommate (or potentially two) to share a nice space in a great part of Manayunk.

Rent: $670–$1,000 depending on which room(s) you’d like.
There’s a third small room that can be used as an office, or we can structure it into the setup if you’re looking for a two-room combo or a flexible layout.

- Prime location just up the street from a local beer garden

- Only 5 minutes from Main Street

- Tons of hiking, biking, and running trails nearby

- Easy street parking

- Shared bathroom, full kitchen, and cozy living area

🐶 About Me (and the Pup):

- I work from home 3 days a week

- Spend lots of time outdoors, at movies, or out with friends

- I’ve got a sweet and energetic pit mix (pictured in listing). Must be very dog-friendly.
