A little about the room and myself

I own a house in Manayunk and one of my roommates is moving out at the end of May and I’m looking to fill their rooms.

A little about the property - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and shared laundry. Open floor plan and nicely renovated kitchen.

Rent would be $1,000/month. You would share a bathroom with one other person and utilities would be split 3 ways.

A little about me - I’m about to be 32. I’m in software sales and work from home. I enjoy sports, trying new restaurants and bars, cooking, and honestly just hanging out watching tv and movies.

My other roommate works in accounting and goes into the office most days with the occasional WHF day.

There is a chance I end up moving out at some point with in the next year so we would find a third person and it wouldn’t affect you in terms of rent or utilities or anything like that.
