Welcome all!

I own a 3 bedroom furnished home in East Kensington and am looking to rent one of the bedrooms. My house gets tons of beautiful natural light and there is a small backyard and two roof decks!

Your room will come equipped with a queen bed and frame, with the option of selecting a few additional furnishings I have already or bringing you own (nightstands, dresser, etc.).

Everything is included in your rent including Wifi. House is immediately adjacent to the MFL with the Huntingdon stop only steps away. Easy access to I-95 as well. Free on- block street parking.

I am a 40-year non binary person, and I currently work 40+ hours a week. When I am home, I like to relax by watching a show. Absolutely no cigarette or cigar smokers. No heavy drinkers and no hard partiers.

I have a pittie mix named Monster. He is extremely friendly and affectionate and I would like my roommates to want to spend time with him, with or without me. He is a big dog, and young, so if you don't like dogs, this is not the house for you sadly. I will consider dogs on a case by case basis. No other pets considered due to owner allergies.
