Hi! We have rooms available for rent in a 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom townhome on a quiet street in South Philadelphia. The home is fully renovated, super bright with lots of natural sunlight, and has central A/C. There’s also tons of parking, which is a huge plus in the city. Bus station 1 block away.

Showings available starting Feb 4th, 2026
Move-in: Ideally Feb 5 or later (if you need a later move-in date and we still have availability, feel free to reach out!)

Rent (utilities not included):
• 3 regular rooms: $625/month
• Master bedroom: $750/month
• 2 months security deposit required
• 1-year lease

Bathrooms:
• 2 bathrooms total
• 2 tenants share 1 bathroom

Utilities: electric/water/internet — about $150 per person/month depending on usage.
