Gay female, college grad, healthcare industry ..looking to rent a furnished room in my house. Has a large walk-in closet and is partially furnished (dresser and nightstand) .There's central heat /ac and access to kitchen and bath. Third Bedroom is used as my home office M-F. I am Neat, Clean, quiet ,sometimes sociable with no dietary restrictions or kids. Non-smoker. Covid conscious.

3BR/ 1.5BA 2 story traditional row home. Lots of windows for great natural sunlight. Large shared bathroom upstairs ( half bath downstairs), kitchen.( brand NEW dishwasher, range, microwave, granite counter tops, refrigerator ), Laundry room with washer/dryer in the basement that will be a usable den area for a roommate.

You: mature, quiet, self aware, neat with good hygiene and is happy to do household chores. You're past the string of one night stands stage and don't bring the partying home. Please No pets! No smoking! No drugs! Long-term commitment preferable with a 6 month minimum.

Rent is $775.00 (plus utilities) + deposit 775.00 = $1550 move in. Utilities will be split 50/50 and run about $200 a month each.
