Move-In options:

I have three rooms available in my Temple Hospital Area, row home. We have a "drama-free" & peaceful living environment. We currently have 3 rooms, offering a clean, relaxing, modern feel.

Each room has a small workspace and a new 32-inch Smart TV to complete the area.

The space is fully furnished and is move-in-ready....All of our rooms come with fresh sheets and a comforter and await the particular person looking for an area to call their own.

Rent is $725-775 a month.

Total deposit includes monthly/bi-wkly rent and security deposit of $362-$387for a full deposit and rent of ($725-1162)

The house is located by the Broad Street Line, Temple Hospital, and Temple Dentistry, and it is easily accessible to Broad & Allegheny, Lehigh, and Erie Avenues—Grocery Stores, etc.

All 3 rooms are currently available; for which, one is located on the first floor ,one on the second and the other 1 is located on the ground floor of the home.. Each Bedroom Is Decently Spacious, with the option to add a desk and chair for remote work—high-speed internet, which is great for our remote workers who have stayed in the past.

Please note: There is NO private bathrooms, sorry..
There are two bathrooms in the home and they are shared by all tenets. The ground floor unit, shares a bathroom with one other tenant and has a private kitchenette area as well..
