I have two rooms in my Temple Hospital Area, row home. We have a "drama-free" & peaceful living environment. We currently have two rooms, offering a clean, relaxing, modern feel.

Each room has a small workspace and a new 32-inch Smart TV to complete the area.

The space is fully furnished and is move-in-ready....All of our rooms come with fresh sheets and a comforter and await the particular person looking for an area to call their own.

Rent is $725 -775 a month.

Total deposit includes monthly/bi-wkly rent and security deposit of $360.00 -$387.50 for a full deposit and rent of ($1085.00-$1162.00)

The house is Located By The Broad Street Line, Temple Hospital, and Temple Dentistry, easily accessible to Broad & Allegheny, Lehigh, and Erie Avenues—Grocery Stores, etc.

Both rooms are currently available ; for which, one is located on the first floor and the other is located on the second floor of the home.
. Each Bedroom Is Decently Spacious, with the option to add a desk and chair for remote work—high-speed internet, which is great for our remote workers who have stayed in the past.
