Looking for a roommate

I’m a 30-year-old education professional currently serving as a middle and high school Principal. Before transitioning into school leadership, I served as a U. S. Army Drill Sergeant.
Because of my background, I value order, integrity, and clear communication. That said, I leave the "Drill Sergeant" and "Principal" personas at the schoolhouse door. At home, I’m laid-back, quiet, and look forward to unwinding after a busy week.
Routine: Early riser. Out the door early for school, and generally asleep at a reasonable hour during the workweek.
Cleanliness: I keep common areas immaculate and organized, and I’m looking for someone who naturally does the same.
Vibe: Calm, respectful, and independent. I’m always down for a friendly chat, but I completely respect personal space and downtime.
