Large two-bedroom apartment currently occupied by a 37-year-old man. Aside from the free bedroom the apartment is furnished but we can talk about including some of your pieces if that's important to you. Looking for a cool and responsible person to split living expenses in a nice place. There's a large backyard that has a nice patio furniture set with a propane fire pit and a gas grill. I have a dog and a cat so you must be okay with that and unfortunately no other pets will be considered . Must be 420 friendly
