It's a duplex by Knights road and Frankford Ave.. it's nice and clean with personal driveway in the front and washer and dryer.. kids toys will all be gone and the room will be completely empty by the 1st...Please have a job and be Financial responsible... I don't drink or smoke.. I work and spend time with my son he will be with me on Sundays .. just be peaceful.. there is 1 cat that's all.. $1250 to move in.. we will split everything 50/50 it's $1600 a month so it will be $800 for your half plus half on utilities
