Seeking Roommate for July/August Move in

Hi everyone! I'm currently looking for 1 roommate in a 3 bed 3 bath apartment in the middle of Fairmount, starting at the end of June/beginning of July.

The place comes with a furnished private rooftop deck with a skyline view of the city (4th of July is always fun with the fireworks from the Art Museum!). There's also a private balcony on the living room floor.

The room itself has wide windows and high ceilings, and comes with its own bathroom (not attached). Amenities included are: in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, central AC/heat.

We are in the heart of Fairmount within walking distance to Eastern State Penitentiary, the Art Museum, and all the restaurants, bars, and shops the neighborhood has to offer, such as Urban Saloon, the Green Room, OCF Coffee, Thirsty Dice, Tela’s, etc. The post office, the UPS store, and Rite Aid are also right down the street. If you're looking to head towards center city or the stadiums, the Broad Street Line is roughly a 10 min walk away.

Utilities are electric, gas, and internet and are split amongst the three roommates. Rent for the room is currently $1200/month and only first month's rent and security deposit are due upon move-in. Roommates are 30M and 24M. Female is welcome but Male preferred. Sorry, no pets. Please message me if you are interested!
