Kiva Living is much more than renting a room! We include all utilities and maintenance services so you don’t have to worry about anything but your monthly rent.

Have a look at our fully remodeled rooms with a shared bathroom for $595 per month. It includes a washer and dryer service, Wi-Fi and security cameras.

This 3 bedroom house has a kitchen equipped with a fridge and stove with full access to all tenants. We are only accepting female occupants at the moment.

Our new and efficient way of renting makes your life easier. No credit checks needed, move in without a security deposit, we move as fast as you do!

Our requirements to apply to this room are:

Minimum income of $1800 per month after taxes.
Clean background check.
$100 application fee to hold the room for a week while we run the financial and background checks.
2 or 3 months upfront once you are approved to move in, depending on the results of your checks.
Comply with our co-living rules.
Max. 2 people per room

Note: The $100 application fee is non refundable. If you are approved to move in, it will be deducted from your first month's rent.

We offer two types of leases:

Option 1:

12 month lease, $575 monthly rent. If the lease is terminated prior to the 12 month period there will be a fine equivalent to one (1) month of rent.

Option 2:

6 month lease, $595 monthly rent. We will give you an addendum where after the first six (6) months of the lease have been completed, you can forfeit your lease without a fine as long as there is a 30 day written notice prior to vacating the property. If the property is vacated before the first six months of the term, a fine equivalent to one (1) month of rent will take place).

There are extra fees per month for:

Couples or additional occupant over 2 years old ($30)
