Summer Sublease in South Philly

I’m looking to sublet my apartment for any period over the summer, ranging from June 10th to August 17th.

A comfortable apartment for 1 in a great neighborhood, and close to Dickinson Square Park. The main room is a large bedroom/living room, with high ceilings, tall windows, plenty of natural light, and a ceiling fan. A nice little kitchen with marble countertops, a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and blender. A bathroom with a marble shower and multiple water settings. Most of the furniture in the images will remain, but I'll clear most of my personal affects out when I leave.
