Location is unbeatable! Right outside bus stop, 5 minute walk to MFL 8th street station. 5 minute walk to Giant Heirloom, 10 minute walk to Whole Foods and ACME. Plenty of gyms, bars, and restaurants in the area, and the park is right nearby.

Living room and kitchen are furnished, but bedroom is unfurnished. Can offer basic furnishings (bed, desk) if needed.

You will be taking over a lease ending on April 1, 2025, with the option to renew for a year.
