Welcome! This room has everything you need 👌 it's about a 15min walk to downtown. You have your own private full bath +fridge+microwave. There is a shared kitchen downstairs. The full blackout curtains block out all light for those of us night owls. There is always parking within a 2-3 block radius and plenty of restaurants within walking distance, including Chinatown and Northern Liberties, and septa buses and trains. You have 300mbps FiOS WiFi and Netflix, +free laundry.

Note: The unit is on the 3rd floor

This is a building with a shared kitchen and laundry space, note that there is no livingroom or backyard.

***NO SMOKING ALLOWED ANYWHERE INDOORS*** $500 FEE upon occurrence, and higher if air ducts need to be replaced.

No overnight guests allowed, and quiet hours start at 10pm and end at 9am.

No flushable wipes of any kind are allowed; we have had to get very expensive sewer work done because of someone flushing these just a few times.
