I’m renting a room in my apartment as I need assistance. I suffer from epilepsy and I do have a service dog and a smaller dog. It will be a shared living space on one floor. A second tenant lives above. This place is getting renovated as you stay. The room is empty and need to bring your own things.

*No other pets will be accepted. (I already have 2)
*No partying or large gatherings there are duplex restrictions.
(older folks live around here)
*Minimum 1 guest per night stay.
